60-Year Old Carpenter Claimed the 356 Million Lotto Jackpot

The lone winner of the 6/55 lotto jackpot came from Las Pinas, Metro Manila and currently working as a village watchman. The 60-year old man, who also work as a part time carpenter, is residing in a slum area in the locality according to the PCSO. The bettor used birth dates and wedding anniversary in winning the combination 09-05-26-30-19-45.

The PCSO already released the P356,552,917.20 jackpot prize. The man plans to buy a new house and will start a business. He will also share part of his winnings to his siblings. The new millionaire has 6 children but none of them reach college because of poverty.

According to PCSO, though most of his children were married, they are still living with him in a small shack. The man came from Albay, Bicol and tried his luck in Metro Manila. his wife is a street sweeper.

The jackpot in Wednesday's 6/55 draw was the second biggest in PCSO's history.
