Senators and Congressmen Charged in the P10B Pork Barrel Scam

The Department of Justice, headed by Sec. deLima, submitted to the Office of the Ombudsman today the documents that will prove several Senators and Congressmen benefited from the P10 Billion Pork Barrel scam.

Aside from Janet Lim Napoles, 3 Senators, 5 former Congressmen, and 30 others were charged with either plunder or malversation of public funds.

Charged with Plunder:

Senators:

Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile
Sen. Jinggoy Estrada
Sen. Ramon Revilla Jr.

Congressmen:

former Masbate Representaive Rizalina Seachon-Lanete
former APEC Party List Representative Edgar Valdez

Charged with Malversation, Direct Bribery, and other charges under the Graft and Corrupt Practices Act:

former Benguet Congressman Samuel Dangwa
former Agusan del Sur Congressman Rodolfo Plaza
former Cagayan de Oro Congressman Constantino Jaraula

Other respondents charged with either Plunder or Malversation:

Chiefs of staff and authorized representatives of Lawmakers: 

Jessica Lucila "Gigi" Reyes -  Enrile's Chief of Staff
Richard Cambe -  chief political adviser of Revilla
Pauline Labayen - Estrada's chief of staff.

Former heads of implementing agencies: 

Salvador Salacup - former head of Zamboanga del Norte College Rubber Estate Corporation
Allan Javellana - former head of National Agribusiness Corporation

Six presidents of non-government organizations (NGOs) founded by Janet Lim Napoles
